The log cabin design club house at Sellingers' Classic 3 is a one of a kind for the Houston area. The downstairs serves as our complete pro line golf shop and check-in while the second floor offers our banquet room and meeting facilities.

The rustic decor along with the scenic views to the golf course will make any party or business function a success. The banquet room seats up to 100 guests, has 2 upstairs outdoor decks. One overlooks the course and the other overlooks the practice facility and yes, we do have a dance floor!

Sellinger's Classic 3 has the capability to cater food and beverage to any size corporate golf outing, company picnic, wedding reception, birthday parties, and what ever kind of function you can think of. From large or small tents rentals, petting zoos, bar-b-ques, and entire day golf course rentals, Sellinger's Classic 3 will make any event that you bring to us a success. CLEAN UP FEE: Included in all posted rental prices.

ADDITIONAL TIME: Per hour rate is calculated by your allotted time divided by rental rate. Room set –up does not count towards additional time.
